National Junior Honor Society is an organization that focuses on Scholarship, Service, Leadership, Character, and Citizenship. The nomination and review process begins in January, with the induction ceremony taking place in March.

To be considered for induction into NJHS, students must consider the following:

  1. Must be a second semester 7th grader or a member of the 8th grade.

  2. Must be in attendance at Norton Middle School for at least one semester.

  3. Must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.75 (out of 4.0)

  4. Upon meeting the above requirements, candidates are then considered based on their service, leadership, character and citizenship.

Peer Tutoring

Well, we have the perfect solution for you. This is where your peers will be able to practice and get help with school work and get that dream grade you have always wanted.


Tutoring is always/only on Wednesdays from 2:30-4 ,On Google meets only!
